Mozzarella Making Workshop Update

The Krewe of Italia is proud to host our second Summer Social — a hands-on Mozzarella Making Workshop!
Join us for a deliciously fun experience where you’ll learn how to make fresh, stretchy mozzarella from scratch. You’ll discover the secrets behind perfect curds, experience the joy of stretching warm cheese, and of course, taste your creation.
We are excited to announce that Marc Maurer of Solena Cheese will be leading our mozzarella-making demonstrations! Marc brings more than 20 years of hospitality and business development experience, along with hands-on training in traditional mozzarella making from master cheesemakers Vito and Giuseppe Minoia of Vannella Cheese in Australia.
Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco during social hour from 3:00–4:00 p.m., with the class beginning promptly at 4:00 p.m.
A cash bar will be available throughout the event, and once your mozzarella masterpiece is complete, we’ll provide a container so you can safely take your delicious creation home.
